Jeff helped me purchase a home in Rockledge. We saw over 12 houses. He was willing to meet me at odd times throughout the week and weekends to show me the houses I wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable with the house market in the area I was particularly interested in and specially with the amount of rework the houses we saw required. He noted things about the houses we saw that i don’t think any other realtor would have, such as fixes the house may need not obvious to untrained eye and possible costs. He was also intop of the paperwork my loan officer needed and Jeff’s contribution was fundamental in getting the closing on time. Overall I was very please with his work.

Jeff acted as my agent for home buying. His expertise in general contracting and fine attention to detail came into play with every home we looked at, and were valuable in making the right choice. We saw a lot of homes and he came out to show them on short notice many times, each time with the particulars of each home. With his help I found THE perfect home for me and my family. And when it came time to put it on contract he explained the process and gave me honest advice at every step. At no point in time did he fail to "keep me in the loop". Jeff is a very fine business man. His phone is always close by his side. He is an expert communicator. Always keeping me in the loop. He also has the cutest little girl that he brings to the gym where he is an avid racquetball player. Jeff is very family oriented. Yet he understands the client and their needs.
